Fitness is a part of who we are and what we were born to do. Your fitness is our priority at Be Suite Fitness. Our simple programs and constant availability ensures better fitness habits for you.
Finding time isn’t easy, enjoying fitness can be challenging, and of course, being motivated to train when life happens can feel impossible.
We get it, and because of this, we have made being motivated easy whether you are online or come to the club. You just have to turn up, we take care of the rest.
We have two main membership options: IN-GYM – get access to our club in Stokes Valley 24 hours a day, over 30 small group classes a week, personalised programs, ongoing education, communication, and support.
ONLINE-LIVE – get access to over 30 online group classes a week with a live teacher, online Personal Training, online education and support no matter where you live. All you need is good wifi.
At Be Suite Fitness, you will never feel alone or like one of the masses. You join a family of fitness experts whose intent is simply to HELP YOU.
OUR PROGRAMS
Motivation starts with making choices easy. Because of this, we have dialled down the choice and made fitness simple. For IN-CLUB, we have created 4 In-Club small group programs, Be Suite Strength, Be Suite Cardio, Be Suite Core and Be Suite Stretch.
For ONLINE-LIVE, we have created 2 programs Online Mixed Conditioning and Online Stretch.
Each program has a 30 minute format. The format never changes, but the exercises do every two weeks to help you get the chance to; Get comfortable, Get confident and Get results. It’s that simple.
