Mid is a contracted facilitator with Young Enterprise Trust, and leads the facilitation of 1 – 3 day experiential business and entrepreneurship programmes for secondary school students around the country.

Mid has a highly engaging and motivating facilitation style which creates a special learning environment which students love. She is an expert in reading the room to run the events in an inclusive way and make the participants feel that they are in a safe space.

Events can have up to 100 participants from multiple schools, which requires great expertise, flexibility and content knowledge for the success of the event. Mid excels in all of this, and the feedback we get from programme participants is consistently excellent.
